Beaverland Farms - Beaverland Farms is a 2-acre homestead and working farm located in the Brightmoor, a northwest neighborhood in Detroit. They are preparing weekly farm boxes of freshly picked vegetables for pick-up.
Chazzano - Chazzano Coffee Roasters roasts over 25 different single origin coffees. They are open during the shutdown with curbside, local delivery, and shipping.
Mudgies - Corktown’s famous deli has embraced it’s building’s history and added groceries to the menu. The building Mudgie’s occupies was once a corner grocery store in the 50s.
Aunt Nee’s - Aunt Nee's is a family owned company established in 1986 by Lydia-Alcala-Schwager. They offer homemade Mexican products such as tortilla chips and salsas.
Hatch Art - Hatch Art is showing artwork from it’s annual juried show, Hatchback, every day on it’s Facebook page during the lockdown. Pieces are available to purchase online.
Flamingo Vintage - Flamingo Vintage is one of the best resale clothing shops in Detroit. Located in a renovated 100 year old department store in Southwest Detroit, their collection includes some great finds from the 1920s on.
Detroit Bus Company - Since the lockdown, Detroit Bus Company has refocused their business towards manufacturing hand sanitizer. Their product uses as many local suppliers as possible.
Two James Spirits - During the lockdown Two James has been manufacturing hand sanitizer for the community. You can swing by the tasting room Wednesdays thru Saturdays between noon and 4pm to pick up some and grab a bottle of one of their great liquors.
Detroit Threads - Detroit Threads is a record and vintage clothing store. In stock you will find Techno, House, Electro, Dub Step as well as many other styles of Electronic music as well as Rock, Soul, Funk.
Luckenbooth - Susan Santer and Monique Given opened Luckenbooth las year on the western edge of Corktown. The occult shop offers items such as candles, oils, organic bulk herbs, teas, incense, crystals, and more.
